MBA in Human Resources
Year of Passed outs 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Good interpersonal skills.
Good decision-making skills.
The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
Knowledge/Experience of recruitment processes and databases.
The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
